MANNA is a full-service restaurant in a handsome building, running lunch and dinner daily, with a menu that moves between bento boxes, salt-crusted sea bass, and a fish bar doing cold seafood platters. Fish is clearly the anchor, though meat and vegetables get equal attention. Cosmopolitan in the way Nijmegen rarely advertises itself.
