Picture windows looking out over the cloisters of St Bartholomew the Great set the room apart before the food even arrives. This is a tasting menu restaurant in Clerkenwell, Nordic-warm in feel, with furniture made from fallen London plane trees and handmade ceramics produced partly in-house. The kitchen works a refined Modern British format, chasing seasonal produce and small-scale suppliers around the British Isles. It holds a Michelin star.
