A converted Victorian townhouse with just 22 covers, where the tasting menu changes with the seasons and the room stays deliberately quiet enough that you can hear the service team explain every dish. This is Cambridge fine dining with a Michelin star and a Scandi-spare interior, run by a husband-and-wife team who source from local Cambridgeshire producers. The cooking is precise without being showy, which in a room this small is exactly the right call.
