A riad hotel in the Marrakech medina that looks, improbably, like a Copenhagen loft had a love affair with a Moroccan courtyard. The color palette runs to cool neutrals and warm wood, which makes the carved plasterwork pop rather than disappear into the usual sensory pile-up. Eight rooms, adults only, two pools, and dinners served family-style at a communal table with a menu that runs Nordic technique through Moroccan ingredients. Holds a Michelin Key.
