A corner French bistro with sidewalk terraces on two sides and whitewashed woodwork inside, ROUX has the feel of a Parisian neighborhood spot that took a long detour through Buenos Aires. The chef cooked alongside some of the biggest names in Spanish cuisine before landing here, and the menu carries those influences alongside Argentinian red meats and French classics. Sit outside and the boulevard illusion is surprisingly convincing.
