Aramburu
Argentine New American
A tasting menu restaurant tucked at the end of a cobblestoned passage in Recoleta, where chef Gonzalo Aramburu paints directly on eggshells and assembles spider crab to look precisely like a spider crab leg. The single menu changes with the seasons and leans hard into Atlantic seafood, with Argentine wine pairings to match. Dessert happens upstairs in a lounge with armchairs. It holds two Michelin stars and a spot on Latin America's 50 Best list.
