The cheese room just inside the entrance does its work before you've even sat down. This is an Argentinian steakhouse inside the Park Hyatt, where the parrilla grill runs the show and portions lean toward the generous side of abundant. The wine list leans heavily local, in the best possible sense, and the arched doors open onto a garden terrace that makes the city feel very far away.
