The original tiled floors survived the renovation of this old Recoleta house, and the asado-smoke-and-cocktails vibe that fills it now feels like a lucky accident. It's a proper Argentinian steakhouse, relaxed and young in spirit, where premium cuts get serious attention over the traditional grill. The empanadas use hand-chopped meat, the cocktail list is longer than you'd expect, and sides are ordered separately, which the menu will remind you of, firmly.
