The name, "Salle Climatisée," is a straight lift from old French commercial signage, which tells you something about the sense of humor running this twenty-seat Little Italy bistro. Seven savory dishes, cheese, two desserts, on a slate board that changes with the seasons. The kitchen leans on Quebec producers and turns out the kind of food that's rustic without being careless. Low-intervention wines, G&Ts brightened with verjus, and a ceramicist's Calder-evoking mobile overhead.
