A row of potted cacti marks the entrance to this boutique hotel on a quiet Roma Norte block, and the colonial revival bones inside, spiral Baroque columns, terracotta floors, arched windows, do a lot of the decorating. No restaurant, no pool, no spa, but a keycode instead of a front desk, and common spaces that make it easy to forget you don't live here. The rooftop and courtyard handle morning coffee or evening mezcal before you wander one of the city's most stylish neighborhoods.
