    A ramen shop in Yeonnam-ro where the recipes have been handed down rather than reinvented from scratch. The current chef grew up in the kitchen here and came back with time abroad folded into his palate, so the menu sits somewhere between Japanese classics and things he seems to have made up specifically to confuse you into ordering a second bowl. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks.
