Saturn is a New Center coffee shop that opened recently and already has people camped at its tables with laptops and paperbacks. The room is sunny and quiet enough to hear yourself think, which in a coffee shop is practically a luxury amenity. The flat whites and iced matcha lattes are the draw, breakfast sandwiches on biscuits are cheap, and in summer your dog gets a 50-cent pup cup. Eater counts it among Detroit's best coffee shops.
