Sazenka
Chinese–Japanese fine dining
Twelve seats inside a former diplomat's residence in Minami-Azabu, where the chef fuses Chinese cooking with Japanese kaiseki sensibility and a deep reverence for tea. The concept has a name to match its ambition: "sa" for tea, "zen" for meditation, "ka" for Chinese, collapsed into a single word. Three Michelin stars and a spot on the World's 50 Best list have made reservations a project. Come prepared for a tasting menu and no casual drop-ins.
