    A boutique hotel in a former industrial building in Belleville, where the reception desk is built from repurposed shipping crates and antique-inspired fixtures hang in rows from the ceiling. The thirty rooms are small but bright, keeping the original floor-to-ceiling windows. The neighborhood is the real draw, and the staff seems to know it, programming the in-room phones to dial straight through to their favorite local spots.
