    Scotch 80 Prime is the steakhouse at Palms, where the wagyu comes from specific farms across Japan and the chef knows which. It's pricier than a pizza night but gentler than the Strip's steakhouses, and happy hour knocks 30 percent off select steaks and garlicky ibérico lumpia. You can perch at the bar for beef sold by the ounce, or go all in on A5 striploin and see how much marbling a human can reasonably absorb.
