A one-Michelin-star Mediterranean restaurant tucked into a business park, which is either an incongruous surprise or a very Swiss statement. The conservatory opens up in summer so it nearly reads as a terrace, and there's a lounge for aperitifs overlooking the garden. The cooking strips dishes to their essentials without losing depth, and the front-of-house team runs a digital wine list they clearly take seriously. A separate pizza and pasta spot, Al Covo, runs on weekends.
