Parked on the third floor of an '80s strip mall that somehow still feels like a shortcut to another era, Seoul Restaurant is a long-running Korean dining room that carries the title of Delhi's first. The menu covers the classics, kimchi jjigae and yukgaejang among them, all calibrated hotter and brighter than you'd find in the West. A Kingfisher goes with everything. When young Delhi can't decide, this is where it ends up.
