Sépia
Creative Mediterranean
A stylish bistro on the ground floor of a handsome old building on the quai, where the chef trained with Gérald Passedat and Alexandre Mazzia and carried the Mediterranean restlessness home to Nantes. Small plates lean playful and a little indulgent, with a set menu built around "animal" or "vegetable" paths at lunch and dinner. Tables fill fast, which tells you something without requiring you to take anyone's word for it.
