The wellness space here is called a "wellness chapel," which tells you what kind of hotel this is before you've even seen the rooms. Seven is a Left Bank boutique hotel in the 5th, close enough to the Latin Quarter without the noise, and the suites each carry a distinct theme that stops short of becoming a costume party. Saturated colors, zebra-print rugs, and nothing that could be called minimalist. Breakfast only, but the street outside more than covers the rest.
