    Perched atop Busan's tallest structure, this luxury hotel looks straight down onto Haeundae Beach and Mipo Harbor, which is either thrilling or vertiginous depending on your relationship with heights. Rooms lean into the panorama with balconies, contemporary furnishings, and the kind of spa that makes checkout feel like a minor tragedy. A modern Chinese restaurant and a lounge with a menu by chef Bruno Menard handle dinner. The Michelin Guide awarded it two Keys.
