Silo’s
Brasserie French
The dining room occupies the annex of an old malt house, and the bones of the building do a lot of the atmosphere's heavy lifting. Silo's is a luxury brasserie, the kind that handles a full room without anyone feeling rushed, running bouillabaisse and classic pigeon dishes alongside a long wine list that includes plenty by the glass. The cooking is generous and unfussy, which in a brasserie is exactly the point.
