A fried pizzetta topped with palamita fish and courgettes tells you where the chef's heart is, even if Milan is where the restaurant landed. This is a Michelin-starred contemporary Italian dining room where Naples and Lombardy argue it out on the plate, and the kitchen clearly enjoys the argument. The tasting menu, called "Sine Confini," is where the more ambitious ideas surface. Service is attentive without being stiff, and the wine list leans toward labels you won't recognize.
