A converted East India Company warehouse on the Gothenburg waterfront, Sjömagasinet is a wooden, chalet-style seafood brasserie where the harbour view does a lot of the heavy lifting. The menu runs from lobster bisque and langoustine on toast through steamed cod and seafood platters sized for however hungry you're feeling. Lunch is lighter; evenings lean into the signatures. Grab the terrace or a first-floor window seat before someone else does.
