Twelve floors above Lichtenberg, the view over Berlin does a lot of the heavy lifting before the food even arrives. This is a modern tasting-menu restaurant inside the Vienna House Andel's hotel, with chic urban décor softened by salvaged vintage doors that nobody can quite explain. The kitchen runs two five-course menus, one omnivore and one vegetarian, with wine or alcohol-free pairings on request. The staff are polished without being stiff about it.
