    Chevron-patterned floors and a white-and-blue palette give this luxury hotel a kind of Parisian-by-the-sea personality, which suits its spot on the Barcelona waterfront well. The 2022 renovation landed on breezy rather than stuffy, and two outdoor pools plus a rooftop bar make the beach proximity feel like a bonus rather than the whole point. The Gothic Quarter and Picasso Museum are both walkable, so it earns its keep outside of summer too.
