The line stretching down 8th Street is basically the sign out front at this downtown taqueria. Sonoratown runs a tight counter-order operation: tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, all built on house-made flour tortillas in the Sonoran style. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which explains why finding a seat, indoors or out, is mostly a matter of luck and timing.
