    A basement fine dining room in a quiet Yongsan alley, Soul holds a Michelin star and a husband-and-wife kitchen that takes the name literally. The cooking pulls from traditional Korean ingredients and the kind of food people actually grew up eating, then shapes it into something more considered. The space is carved into distinct sections, each pitched to a different mood, which is either thoughtful or a lot, depending on how you like your evening organized.
