Two weathered smokers parked out front do most of the explaining at this Las Vegas Arts District BBQ shop. Bruce Kalman, better known for fine dining, runs the pits here, pulling from central Texas brisket to Carolina pulled pork to St. Louis ribs without the whole thing feeling like a textbook. Live music fills the room most nights, giving the place the energy of a honky-tonk that happens to take smoke seriously. A Michelin Selected Restaurant.
