Two lotus ponds sit at the center of the dining room, which tells you something about the pace expected here. This is a fine dining restaurant inside the Siam Kempinski, spinning Thai flavors through a molecular lens, the whole project dreamed up by a Danish chef who built the original in Copenhagen. Ornate teak ceilings, flickering with ceremony, frame dishes that are as theatrical as the room they arrive in.
