    A colonial-style mansion at the very tip of the Palm, with tropical gardens trailing down to a private dock, sets the tone before you've looked at a menu. This is a formal French fine dining restaurant from Yannick Alleno, holder of two Michelin stars, where the cooking layers classical technique with genuinely modern ideas. The room is opulent without making you sit up straighter, and the service reads the same way, polished but not stiff.
