Tucked into the City of London, Stem + Stem serves Modern British cooking built around sharp seasonal produce, with bright, colourful plates that occasionally feature an edible bloom or two. The flowers on the tables aren't decor borrowed from somewhere nearby; they're literally grown next door to the menu.
