Nordic New American
The name is Swedish for "big city," a nod to the chef's time in Stockholm, and the Nordic sensibility carries through the room itself, which sits on the fifth floor of the historic Goliath House with cathedral views from the terrace. This is a Michelin-starred tasting-menu restaurant, two menus running five or seven courses, with wine pairings that apparently keep pace. The kind of place that makes Regensburg feel considerably larger than it is.
