    A cha chaan teng with its own bakery tucked into an ex-industrial stretch of Cheung Sha Wan, Sun Wah has been around forever and shows no signs of caring about its own reputation. The egg tarts have a crust that shatters properly and a custard center that wobbles when you look at it. Locals fill the place at all hours, which is the only endorsement that matters in a city that runs on lists.
