A sandwich and smoked-wings counter tucked inside an industrial-chic mixed-use space in the Milk District, Swine & Sons keeps its menu tight: fried chicken done Thai-style, pastrami melts, burgers, and wings with a Floribama white barbecue sauce. The crowd spills outside, which in Orlando is either charming or sweaty depending on the month. End with the chocolate chip cookie loaded with flaky salt, which earns its place on a menu that otherwise has no patience for dessert.
