    Plastic chairs, a warehouse room, and a grill doing all the talking: this no-frills roadside taqueria runs a beautifully short menu where you pick your meat (beef asada, adobada pork, or tripa if you're feeling bold) and your vessel, then watch it come together in front of you. The salsas are lively and the toppings are fresh, and the late hours mean it's ready when you stagger in after a long day in the sun.
