A Japanese restaurant inside Hotel Lone where the menu runs through sushi, sashimi, gyoza, and warm soups, but the kitchen sources its fish and produce almost entirely from Istria. The effect is less fusion gimmick than quiet conversation between two very different food cultures. Summer seating in a pine-shaded garden is where you want to be, ideally with something from the cocktail list while deciding between nigiri and rabbit teriyaki.
