Terra Olea
Andalusian
The lamps overhead look like giant wasps' nests, which sets the tone for a room that takes Córdoba seriously without taking itself too seriously. This is a modern Andalusian restaurant where the chef brings some dishes to the table personally, and the cooking leans on small regional producers with very little ceremony around it. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the tasting menus are named after olives, because of course they are.
