    A long garden corridor leads to a panoramic terrace above the Sorrentine coast, and on fine evenings this Michelin-starred restaurant at the Excelsior Vittoria arranges its tables right on the edge of all that view. The chef works through tasting menus, including a vegetarian one, drawing on Campanian ingredients and giving them a carefully composed, contemporary finish. The wine list runs deep, with a generous pour-by-the-glass selection for those not committing to a bottle.
