A neoclassical mansion on a central Tirana street that once belonged to Princess Adile Zogu, sister of the Albanian king, now operates as a boutique hotel with the Michelin Guide's attention and, apparently, Dua Lipa's. Rooms and suites keep the period bones, while a rooftop terrace looks out over the city. The spa, with sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, can be booked for private use, which is a civilized arrangement.
