Every room comes with a balcony or terrace, which feels almost reckless for a Sydney hotel at this price point. The EVE is a boutique hotel on the edge of Redfern and Surry Hills, right on Wunderlich Lane, where the cafés and bars run late. Velvet banquettes and terrazzo inside, a rooftop pool and Mexican restaurant up top, and Bar Julius already pulling locals downstairs. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
