    Tara Bernerd's interiors, all wood paneling and linen wallcoverings, give this 210-room Causeway Bay hotel a warm, quietly residential feel that stands in sharp contrast to the Wan Chai energy just outside. The skyline frames itself through the windows whether you want it to or not. Two restaurants and a pair of bar spaces make a reasonable case for staying in, though Hong Kong will keep trying to lure you out.
