    The Hoxton landed in Poblenou, Barcelona's old industrial quarter now colonized by design studios and late-night bars, as a hotel tribute to Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill, which explains why it looks sharper than its siblings. Expect 240 rooms, including apartment-style Homey rooms with kitchenettes, plus an Italian-American restaurant downstairs and a Mexican rooftop taqueria. The Michelin Guide has it among its selected hotels.
