The Lark
Seasonal New American
A former fish market in Santa Barbara's Funk Zone arts district, The Lark has grown into the kind of seasonal New American restaurant where the room feels as considered as the food. Large, family-style plates travel the table, leaning on Central Coast ingredients and riffing on them in ways you wouldn't quite predict. The wine list reads like a love letter to local producers, and the staff manages to be attentive without ever seeming like they're trying.
