    The walls of this boutique hotel in Central are hung with Fan Ho's mid-century photographs of Hong Kong street life, which sets up an interesting tension with the floor-to-ceiling windows and their unbroken views of one of the world's most restless skylines. Rooms are elegant and properly quiet given the address. Two in-house restaurants handle Italian with an Eastern slant and high-end East Asian, so you rarely need to leave.
