A French-Korean tasting menu restaurant on Lyndhurst Terrace where the kitchen trained across three-Michelin-starred kitchens in Seoul and Singapore, and it shows. The team takes Korean classics and works them through a French technique, so a steamed egg arrives with mushroom sabayon, and a ginseng chicken soup becomes a multi-course arc. Desserts lean into Korean grains in ways that feel considered rather than gimmicky.
