This Forbes Five Star hotel and Michelin Key holder has Victoria Harbour views from every window, and the rooftop bar turns that into a theatrical event. Six restaurants cover the range from Chinese to Italian, so you'll never run out of excuses not to leave the building, which is basically the point.
