    At 428 metres up the ICC tower, the dining room looks out over a Hong Kong that seems to have been arranged for the purpose. This is a fine-dining Italian restaurant where the chef draws on a Sicilian upbringing to shape an elegant southern Italian menu, holding a Michelin star along the way. The crowd is dressed accordingly, and the pacing is unhurried in the way that only a bill this size can guarantee.
