The first twelve floors of Suzer Plaza belong to this Ritz-Carlton, a luxury hotel perched above the Bosphorus in the thick of the city. The renovation a few years back gave the interiors a contemporary frame with Ottoman accents, so the rooms feel rooted somewhere specific rather than nowhere in particular. Forbes Four Star. The views do a lot of the talking, and the staff, apparently, lets them.
