Deep Lincoln green walls and booth seating set the mood at this dimly lit cocktail bar tucked into Edinburgh's New Town, a solid walk from the George Street crowd. The whole thing is built around a fictional Victorian rogue whose globe-trotting misadventures, including a hasty exit from London after the Cleveland Street Scandal, inspired the drinks menu. A good excuse to order something with a story attached, even if the story was made up last Tuesday.
