The Wylder is a downtown Boise pizza-and-cocktails spot built around a sourdough starter that's been alive for over fifty years, which makes it older than most of the staff and possibly the building's plumbing. The pies run from a white one with spicy honey to a red one with pickled chiles, and there are nightly suppers like fried chicken and a lasagna the owners won't give up the recipe for.
